Is all DDR400 created equal?

Below are the Sandra 2002 Pro memory bandwidth test results showing Int Buffered and Float Buffered results for each stick at its maximum stable speed per level.  The Corsair XMS3200 c2 topped out at 194 for 2-2-2 1T, 206 for 2-3-3 1T, and 207 for 2.5-3-3 2T.

The Corsair XMS3200 topped out at 192 for 2-2-2 1T, 203 for 2-3-3 1T, and 206 for 2.5-3-3 2T.

The XtremeDDR PC3200 512mb topped out at 167 for 2-2-2 1T, 178 for 2-3-3 1T, and 203 for 2.5-3-3 2T.

The XtremeDDR PC3200 256mb topped out at 167 for 2-2-2 1T, 180 for 2-3-3 1T, and 191 for 2.5-3-3 2T.
