DDR vs. DDR2 - What it means to you.

Well, we've seen that with the productivity benches there isn't much gain at all. But how does it affect the gaming performance? Using "Bench em' All" we ran through both Far Cry and UT2004.

Once again we see that though the DDR2 made a difference, it is almost negligible. A few frames per second in UT2004 and less than one FPS in Far Cry. From what we've seen so far, there doesn't seem to be much of a difference between choosing DDR2 over DDR.
