Starting things out for us is UT2003.  Using the Hard|OCP's benchmarking program we ran both the low and high quality settings (that's speed and quality to you and me.)  Direct3D was used within these tests.  The Antalus and Citadel Demos were selected and run in the resolutions you see below.

These results set the stage and show us that the Albatron 5700P Turbo is no slouch.  The 5700 Ultra is clearly the faster product but not so much as to stomp out the non-Ultra we are testing today.  Turning to the quality mode results let's see if the relative performance difference changes.

The differences, at least in UT2003 seem to be relative here whether you are running settings for speed or for a picture show.  I do want you to notice that even in quality mode (eye candy on but no FSAA or AF) the Albatron FX5700P Turbo never drops below 50 frames per second.  This is of course an average which means that during the demo, the frame rates are dropped below 50.  With the human eye being physiologically unable to track more than 30 frames per second you won't notice any lag until things drop below this point hence the reason you want your frame rates as high as possible.
