Introduction


Just another value aluminum case? I think not! The Chenming ATX-301 is something different as you will see. This little black beauty is a mid-tower with a few nifty features aimed at ease of use. Thanks to Chenming USA for sending this case over and making the review possible.

We have their black aluminum version here for review. Options include: Blue, Silver, and Black colors, as well as a side window with an optional 80mm side blow hole. You can view some of those options HERE.

      

I love black cases but the lines on this case give it added flair. The ridges on the bottom of the case are more than just for looks, they also conceal the vent holes on the front of the case. Adding to the sophisticated lines is the small door to the right of the 5.25" drive bays. While it looks cool I have to question its purpose and feel it would be more useful as a fixed part of the case.
