Sunbeam Trio Case While I didn't snap any shots of the power supply, I do want to mention it. The included PSU is a 450 watt unit with two strings of Molex connectors. Each string has two 4-pin Molex and a single FDD power connector. Also found here is a string with two native SATA power connectors, a standard ATX power connector and the expected 12v AUX line. Light that candle Installation of our test bed went without incident outside of the card problem we already noted. The side mounted 80mm LED gave off a nice amount of light without being over powering. The analog gauge cluster looked fantastic. The temperature probe worked well and gave readings consistent with a second probe we used to confirm things. The Fan Speed gauge and its control dial on the side worked equally as well. We did notice that fan speed could not be reduced to less than 50% but this isn't any big deal. The Sound Pressure gauge unfortunately didn't function. Spending well over an hour tinkering and trying to get a reading or any reading for that matter, out of it was to no avail. Conclusion All things considered, the Sunbeam Trio brings a lot to the table. Its sharp looks combining the stereo screen, outstanding paint job and analog gauge cluster give the Trio a distinctive look unmatched elsewhere. The quality of the construction was very good and rests solidly on the simplicity of the chassis' design. Our list of pros is long but well earned. Our only problems with the lightweight clean looking Trio was with its tool free card system and the nonfunctional Sound Level gauge. The tool free card system could be (and was) removed to correct that problem. The nonfunctioning gauge wasn't something we could fix here but I'm going to look at this as a random bad gauge that you are always going to find in any mass produced items. Sunbeam's warranty should painlessly take care of this problem for the end user. Lots of excellent features with minimal disappointments make the Trio and excellent option for your rig's next home which we can safely recommend to you. The Sunbeam Trio is available at Newegg, mwave.com and Crazy PC. Pros
