Thermaltake Bach VX Case

by Brian Tiller (3/19/2007)

Introduction

Having been in the business for a number of years, Thermaltake has a pretty good idea of what PC enthusiasts are looking for. Their company motto is "COOall YOUR LIFE" and they take it seriously. When we talk about cooling here it's not just heatsinks and water cooling equipment. Thermaltake has also extended that philosophy to their power supplies and cases. Now one could argue that the motto has a double meaning. The "COOL" part not only can refer to temperatures, but also to the looks of their products. Today, Thermaltake has sent over one of their new cases, the Back VX, for us to judge on the double coolness scale.

On the front of the box, Thermaltake makes their intentions known for this case. It states "The Charm of the Ordinary".

Well anyone who knows Thermaltake knows their cases are definitely not ordinary. But the Bach VX is also not about a lot of bling-bling either. So let's take a look and see if this case can charm us.
