Aspire USA X-Alien Aluminum Case

Another difference between the X-Alien and the Super Alien is that there is not front mounted rheobus / temperature readout.  While this is a nice feature, I prefer the cleaner look of its not being there.  Again, this is only a matter of taste.  Behind the door below are two USB, one Firewire, a mic and speaker port.

The left side panel has a full sized window preinstalled for all who want to look at all the hard earned jack you have spent on components over time.  The panel is removed via a pull type lockable handle you can see below.  Just under the handle is a side mounted blowhole.  The 80mm case fan mounted here is a quad LED green number adorned with a custom alien fan grill.

Moving around back, we see that exhaust is not forgotten with the X-Alien as that two 80mm case fans are present and assigned the duty of keeping that air moving.  The rear wall of the case is cut so that it also functions as an integrated finger guard which makes for some nice lines.

Yet more exhaust is present in the form of this top mounted 80mm blowhole.  This exhaust, like the side panel blowhole, is a quad LED green job topped with the same custom alien fan grill.

Let's open up the X-Alien and take a look around.  Right off the bat we see lots of good stuff.
