Xoxide X-Turbine Case
On the back you can see two 80mm exhaust fans as well as the Firewire cable I mentioned earlier. The rest on the case rear is standard. The left side panel has the same slits at the top as does the right. It also is removable via thumb screws. Xoxide impresses their logo on their signature cases as you can see below. The top window idea was first seen with the Kingwin KT-436 case. This window has an "X" shape making four visible panes with yet another 80mm fan blowing air out from the center. This top blow hole brings our case fan total up to six. That's a lot of air. Let's see what the price is when it comes to sound though. Inside the case we find the familiar grey that all steel cases have. No slide out mainboard tray but remember this is not a high end and high price tag case. The center pic below shows you the rear case fans. Next to that you can see a fairly simple but effective drive housing. The X-Turbine can accommodate five 3.5" drives (hidden), two 3.5" drives (exposed) and four 5.25" drives (exposed.) The USB panel connectors were a shock to me. I have been fussing about USB panel connectors being nine individual wires needing to be plugged in. The X-Turbine saves me some Krazy Glue and give you some manageable USB panel connector lines. Kudos.
