Titan TWC-A04 Water Cooler Kit

Looking at the sides and back we see several other points in which air is vented.  Around back, we find the in and out ports for the water, a four pin Molex power plug, a three pin power plug and a thermal sensor connection.  The rightmost pic is the unit with the Titan side cover on.  (To dress things up if you hook up the TWC-A04 as an external unit.)

The right side of the front bezel has a small area protruding out a bit.  This is where fluid is added in to the reservoir.

Removing the cover we can get a better look at the radiator and reservoir assembly.

As you can see, the radiator is actually broken up into two separate units with the reservoir in between.  The reservoir and the system showed itself to have a capacity of approximately 6 ounces.  This of course varies depending on the amount of tubing.  Unfortunately, we were unable to ascertain the volume of water the pump moved per minute.

The fan assembly inside the central unit is a large cylinder type blower.  The vents you saw on the front bezel are the intake (top) and exhaust (bottom.)  The fan is rated by Titan as moving 24.7 ~ 52.6 CFM depending on its speed setting.

Secondary Radiator

This is an idea I have not seen before, that of having a secondary radiator.  The TWC-A04 comes with water blocks for the CPU and GPU.  Having the water coming off either one of these blocks going directly to the other is not so good, which is where the secondary radiator comes in.  The 80mm fan's power line attaches to the central unit so a trip temperature can flip the unit from its low speed setting of 30 CFM to high speed that runs at 35.5 CFM.  What I especially liked about the secondary radiator was that it is designed to be mounted on the 80mm exhaust vent most cases have.

Water Blocks

The water blocks come with clips making them effectively universal.  The CPU block can be fitted to P4, K7 or the K8 while the GPU block can be fitted to either an NVidia or ATi product.  The polish and lap job on these blocks was outstanding as you can plainly see for yourself below.
