BigWater 745 Water Cooling Kit by Jeremy Lawrence (1/13/06)
Introduction When you think of water cooling, Thermaltake is definitely one of the first names that comes to mind. Through the years, Thermaltake has been putting out water cooling solutions that offer extreme cooling, for extreme users. The kit that I got a chance to look at today is no different. The Thermaltake Bigwater 745 is a fully functional kit with everything you would need. Let's start taking a look at all these goodies and their specs. Specifications Water Block
Water Pump
120 mm Radiator / Fan
240 mm Radiator / Fan
What you get The Thermaltake BigWater 745 comes with all the equipment you'd need to get your system running cool and smooth. This kit will also fit pretty much any processor you currently available. It comes packaged with adapters to fit on an Intel LGA775, Socket 478, or AMD K7, K8, or Sempron Processor. This kit also includes the Water Block, a very powerful pump, reservoir and a 500cc container of coolant. The crowning glory of this system is the three 120mm fan and radiators at your disposal. One is a 120mm fan/radiator setup while the other is a full 240mm dual 120 fan/radiator unit. The smaller of these two will mount internally at your exhaust vent with its mounting holes for 80, 90 or 120mm. The other, the 240mm fan and radiator, is designed to sit internal on the floor of your case or external of your case with two legs that can be attached to it.
