Thermaltake Tribe Water Cooling Kit

Conclusion

Having never had seen water cooling in action before, I was surprised at the huge drop in temperatures given by the Thermaltake Tribe.  The installation was a total breeze.  After the initial testing, I was so surprised by the low temperatures that I jumped right into overclocking my system, which I didn't attempt before with the Air Cooling Solutions.

Although the Thermaltake Tribe unit takes up a lot of extra space, it runs very quietly and provides excellent cooling.  If you have some extra space to spare, I'd definitely recommend it.

Pros

  • Excellent cooling

  • Fits Intel Socket 775, 478, and AMD K7, K8 and Sempron

  • Very easy installation

  • Efficient water block design

  • UV reactive lines and coolant, and blue LED looks sweet

  • Very quiet fan and pump

Cons

  • Big!
