Introduction

Case modding has grown from a small niche in the PC market to the big business it is today.  Think about how many varieties of LEDs, EL wire, appliqués, CCFL tubes etc. you see daily.  A lot to be sure.  Well, Thermaltake has just added to that with their Perfect Light Series.  The Perfect Light series is several case mods based on the Fireball theme we have seen a bit out of Thermaltake lately.  Some of the light and appliqué mods we're getting ready to show you will fit any case, others will only fit the Tt Xaser III case.  Today we have all five products in the Perfect Light Series installed in a Xaser III aluminum case so you can see first hand what these specialty items look like.  For each piece we have taken (taken ourselves or taken off the Tt site) some video to show the lighting in action.  The video we took is in Quick Time format.  If you don't have Quick Time here is the link to a free Quick Time player.  However, this is only for the last one.

EL Xaser III Window EL Appliqué

Let's start this off with the Xaser III window EL appliqué.  As we said earlier, our case victim is a Xaser III case.  The Xaser EL Window appliqué will only fit the Xaser III windowed case.

The EL window appliqué came rolled up in a reasonably long box.  Opening things up and unrolling it shows us the first of many Fireball type flame designs.  This design however is wired.
